You will manage internal staff and subcontractors while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Qualifications

  • Experience in the house building industry, particularly in traditional new builds.
  • Hold SMSTS and CSCS cards and have First Aid at Work certification.
  • Possess relevant qualifications or CIOB membership.
  • Hold a valid Full UK Driving License.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
  • Liaise with internal staff and external sub-contractors.
  • Ensure safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.
  • Identify process concerns and contribute to solutions.
  • Check facilities during works for damage and report.
