Arnold Clark Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager for a dynamic role in our commercial care department. In this position, you'll help manage daily operations, ensuring outstanding customer service while coordinating with workshop staff. Ideal candidates will possess HGV knowledge, excellent communication skills, and strong organization abilities, benefiting from an excellent employee package including private healthcare and life assurance.
We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Service Managerto work in our busy transport hub in Newhouse, North Lanarkshire.
Hours
Full time, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5.30pm and rotational Saturdays, 8am - 12pm.
About the role
As an Assistant Commercial Care Manager at Arnold Clark, you will assist in the daily running of our busy commercial care department, offering outstanding customer service and liaising with the workshop to ensure everything runs smoothly.
This is a varied, multi-tasking role which requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to demonstrate at least two years’ experience in a managerial or workshop control role.
