We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our opening team and help shape a world-class dining destination in the heart of London.

With a focus on quality ingredients, bold flavours, and warm, intuitive service, this is more than just a place to eat, it’s a place to experience.

About the Role:

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in launching and leading the new restaurant. You’ll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless service, and creating memorable guest experiences. This role gives you the opportunity to be part of something truly special from the ground up.

Please note that this role is expected to commence in early February 2026.

What you will do:
  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service in line with Four Seasons standards.

  • Assist in managing staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure operational excellence.

  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and attention to detail.

  • Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination and quality delivery.

  • Monitor and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.

  • Support marketing initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance the restaurant’s profile.

What you bring:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role within a luxury hospitality environment.

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Immaculate personal presentation and a passion for hospitality.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • The ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.

  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • All applicants must hold the right to work in the UK.

Schedule and hours:
  • This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week

  • Earliest start time will be 6am, and the latest finish will be around 1am

  • The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. Candidates must be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends
