Qualifications

• Familiarity and experience working with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial functions as directed by the Commercial Manager.
• Ensure adherence to internal governance and compliance procedures.
• Work within pre-defined budgets and practice cost-conscious decision-making.
• Support the work-winning and bid preparation team.
• Prepare accurate cost and value analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets.
• Perform on-site measurement of assets and resources.
• Work closely with site teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Update, maintain, and manage commercial records.
• Prepare interim and final subcontract accounts.
