In this role, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Co-ordinator or similar will be responsible for the oversight of all contracts within your team - ensuring their success. You will also be responsible for managing both invoices as well as purchase orders in addition to monthly work valuations as well as assisting in the procurement of both goods and services. On top of this, you will also be responsible for handling any commercial disputes and/or queries. Finally, you will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Manager, attending customer meetings/site visits as and when required.

The ideal Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Co-ordinator or similar will have previous experience within an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Co-ordinator position or similar. In addition, you will also have a background within the Construction/Groundworks industry as well as prior experience with AutoCAD. Finally, you will hold a full, valid UK driver's license.

The Role:
