Qualifications

• Currently studying for, or have completed, a Degree level (or equivalent) qualification.
• Passion for pursuing a career in a commercial based role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing robust estimates and manage risk analysis.
• Work closely with the Cost Manager and Procurement team on subcontract strategies.
• Produce accurate live forecasting and ensure cost monitoring.
• Provide reports on actual costs versus estimates, highlight variances, and propose resolutions.
• Ensure project team members understand contractual arrangements.
• Maintain financial records for audits and cost assurance.
