  • Assisting with tendering and pricing new works.
  • Preparing and managing Schedules of Rates.
  • Producing accurate and professional client reports.
  • Placing orders for materials and subcontract services.
  • Liaising with and coordinating subcontractors.
  • Assisting with final accounts and project cost control.
  • Supporting value engineering and commercial best practice across projects.
