  • Transition to managing projects up to £10 million.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers across live projects
  • Supporting with project cost control, valuations, and reporting
  • Preparing and issuing subcontract enquiries, orders, and payments
  • Helping with tendering, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
  • Working with site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Developing your technical and commercial skills with hands-on mentorship
  • Slowly transition to looking after full projects up to a value of £10 million
Qualifications
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying is essential.
  • Experience gained within a main contractor, developer, or consultancy (placements considered)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisation abilities
