This is a fantastic opportunity for an early‑career Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work within a supportive and collaborative commercial team, gain hands‑on experience with NEC contracts, and play an integral role in project delivery from both a post and live contract perspective.

Opportunity
  • Supporting contract administration across multiple design and infrastructure projects
  • Assisting with early warnings, compensation events, and change management processes with guidance
  • Helping maintain accurate commercial records, cost trackers and project documentation
  • Participating in the preparation and submission of applications for payment and supporting cost control activities
  • Supporting communication and compliance with clients under NEC forms of contract
  • Your work will directly contribute to delivering successful project outcomes, maintaining positive client relationships, and upholding strong commercial control.
About You
  • A degree (or working towards one) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • An interest in or basic understanding of NEC contracts and commercial principles
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A desire to learn and develop within a structured team environment
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and Word will also be beneficial.
