A Chartered Surveying consultancy in South London is looking for a degree-qualified Assistant Quantity Surveyor. In this role, you will support a close-knit team, managing projects from inception to completion while working towards your APC. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role

An established Chartered Surveying consultancy in South London is seeking a degree-qualified, Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is currently working towards completing their APC diary.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit Quantity Surveying team who work across the residential public sector, supporting LA and HA across London and the Southeast.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will carry out a mixed Quantity Surveying / Employers Agent role, taking projects from inception to completion with Director support.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
• Working towards completing your APC
• 2+ years quantity surveying experience
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
• Residential project experience would be a plus
