Annual Salary: Competitive
Location: Chelmsford / London
Job Type: Full-time

Day-to-day of the role
  • Understand and administer the contractual requirements of the project.
  • Handle the preparation, negotiation, and issuance of Applications for Payment, Contractual Notices, Variations, and Loss & Expense claims.
  • Manage the collation of project records and ensure accurate monthly Project Financial Reports, including CVR, Risk and Opportunities register, and calculating and forecasting ISV.
  • Lead and drive the procurement process, including preparing and presenting the Project procurement plan and facilitating involvement from all team members.
  • Conduct tenders, analyse supplier quotations, and place orders on packages as required by the project.
  • Administer all supplier contracts as per agreed terms, including agreeing on supplier applications for payments, variations, claims, and final accounts.
  • Contribute to updating CRM with any relevant updates and agreement of Final Account with the Client.
  • Engage in the creation, implementation, and execution of non-project Departmental Strategic Goals and Continuous Improvement activity.
