A leading Regional Contractor in Aylesbury is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the Managing QS on Roads and Drainage schemes. The role entails issuing payments, assisting with pricing works, and performing cost reporting. Candidates should hold an HNC in Quantity Surveying and have around 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Civil Engineering. Job description

Due to an increase in workload on their HS2 works, our client, an award winning Regional Contractor who turn over in excess of £500m are looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Aylesbury working on Roads and Drainage schemes.

Responsibilities

Working alongside the Managing QS, daily duties will include Issuing payments, assisting in pricing works, CVRs/Cost Reporting and other Commercial duties.

Qualifications

To be considered, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and will have circa 2/3 years experience gained in Quantity Surveying and within the Civil Engineering sector with HS2 an advantage but not essential.
