A leading housing/property developer is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on a large-scale residential project based in Southwest London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join an established property developer that offers a clear career path with regular progression reviews, Chartership support and tons of great benefits.

The ideal candidate could range from someone looking to get started in their career as a Quantity Surveyor to someone with an established history of working as an Assistant QS with the pay reflecting the experience of the individual.

Role Overview

• Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Project: Multi-Phase Residential Scheme
• Location: Richmond
• Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 + package (dependent on experience)
• Start: ASAP but they understand that they may have to wait for notice period
• Type: Permanent

Responsibilities
