Overview

Branta are seeking an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of high-profile commercial installation projects across the North East. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a mechanical or electrical background who is looking to take the next step in their project management career.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in the successful planning and delivery of commercial install projects
• Oversee contractors and site teams, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to specification
• Support with procurement, scheduling, reporting and cost control
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards throughout project delivery

About You

• Background in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines (M&E, building services, or related field)
• Previous experience supporting or leading on project delivery within Mechanical or Electrical projects, or building services
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• PRINCE2 qualification and/or HNC in Building Services (desirable)
• Proactive, commercially aware and eager to grow into a full Project Manager role
