Qualifications

Kick‑start your future as a Level 4 Assistant Project Manager Apprentice, supporting the UK’s largest water and wastewater provider.You’llhelp deliver digital projects by learning how to plan, coordinate, andmonitoractivities that keep vital services running for millions of customers.

Whatyou’lldo:
  • Support planning and scheduling of project activities.
  • Helpmaintainproject documents, plans, RAID logs, and reports.
  • Track project progress, budgets, resources, and quality.
  • Join stakeholder meetings, share updates, and capture actions.
  • Assistwith identifying risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.

  • Learn how to set up, manage, andmonitorproject finances.
Where you will work:

Location: Hybrid -Clearwater Court, Reading
Hours: 36 hours a week across four working days plus one off-the-job training day ,

Training and qualification:

You’llstudy with BPP Training, one of the UK’s leading Project Management training providers.

Your training will be delivered via virtual weekly workshops

Qualification: Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship Standard- This aligns with Association for Project Management for Associate Membership
Duration: 24 months

What you should bring to the role:
  • 5 GCSE Maths and English (grade 9-4 / A-C)
