Care & Support: Delivering best practice care, assisting residents with daily living, reviewing care plans, and supporting social activities.
Interventions: Performing trained clinical tasks such as medication administration (including injections, insulin), oxygen administration, catheter care, PEG management, wound care, and more.
Leadership: Providing clear direction, guidance, and support to Health Care Assistants, fostering development, and educating care teams, residents, and families.
Assurance: Contributing to risk assessments, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and communication, and maintaining high standards of care.
Adhering to all Oakland Care policies, including safeguarding, health and safety, and promoting safe working practices.
