Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Manager, Marketing Analytics
Salary: £47,790 – £53,100 per annum, plus excellent benefits
Location: Bristol, Leeds, Halifax, Edinburgh, Chester
Hours: 35 hours per week, full-time
Working Pattern: Hybrid – spend at least two days per week (or 40% of your time) at one of our hubs

We’re looking for a curious, data-driven Assistant Manager, Marketing Analytics to help shape marketing strategy through actionable insights. If you love working with data, uncovering trends, and influencing decisions, this is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level.
You’ll play a key role in evaluating marketing performance across digital, CRM, and ATL channels, supporting attribution modelling and contributing to marketing mix modelling (MMM) projects. Your work will help turn data into stories—showing what’s working, what’s not, and where we can optimise for better results.
