Qualifications

• Must be available early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams focusing on customer service and cleanliness.
• Coordinate staff training for new joiners.
• Conduct weekly stock counts.
• Control labour and payroll costs.
• Deal with HR issues in conjunction with the Store Manager.
• Ensure correct banking procedures are followed.
• Maintain the building and equipment.
• Perform other tasks as requested by Management.
