A charitable organization is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to support the Megastore Management Team in Gateshead. You will enhance store operations, ensure high customer service standards, and lead a dedicated team. The role requires excellent organizational skills, customer service experience, and a commitment to the charity's ethos. Salary ranges from £24,000 to £26,000 annual based on experience.

Hours : 37.5 hours 5 out of 7 days on rota basis
To support the Megastore Management Team in ensuring the Megastore operates in a smooth and efficient manner to maximise sales and income potential. You will assist the Megastore Managers in motivating and leading a team of staff and volunteers to deliver our retail aims.
The post holder will set and maintain high standards of customer service at all times to provide an enjoyable customer experience and encourage return customers.
The post holder must be proactive driven and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You will be a key holder carrying out daily admin duties which include till reconciliation and banking procedures as well as deputising for the Store Retail Brand manager as required.
