Our team is made up of qualified governance professionals, technology developers and support colleagues and we use data to tell stories, identify areas for improvement and make those improvements happen! Our stakeholders are from all parts of the Group, including its most senior leaders.
You’ll join our team as one of two colleagues responsible for overseeing a team of Corporate Governance Assistants who form our Corporate Governance Support Team. The Corporate Governance Support team are involved in a wide range of activities, all with the purpose of ensuring the smooth running and success of our Corporate Governance teams. The tasks supported will focus on administration processes, reporting and data management and working closely with our leadership team supporting in their day‑to‑day tasks. The role offers a varied workload and plenty of opportunity for development.
Your role will also involve the delivery of corporate governance tasks, process optimisation and automation.
