Position

We are looking to appoint an Assistant Manager, influential in creating vision, developing the business and delivering a first‑class experience for all.

You will support the GM in the overall day‑to‑day running and management of the entire retail function, to drive excellence in food and drink delivery and guest experience to maximise profitability within the venue.

Naturally, you will be expected to deliver against the key measures of sales, profit, stock, team retention and guest satisfaction, as well as adhering to all legislative requirements for people, safety and licensing.

Requirements

What we are looking for :

  • Operations – an experienced Assistant with experience in a volume business
  • Events experience – interest in managing big events and private booking space whilst ensuring the remaining business operates smoothly
  • Sales & Marketing – ability to network in the local area to create in‑demand experiences
  • Entrepreneurial flair – know and understand your market, competitor’s and customers to implement and drive sales opportunities
  • Passion for Beer – knowledge and passion for beer to ensure that this is high on the agenda with the wider team
  • Resilience – you will be operating a business that is at the heart of our Head Office!
  • Management – comfortable leading a team and being a role‑model
  • Career Progression – keen to develop your personal career as this is a potential stepping stone into a General Manager role
