Assistant Manager – Full Time

We are recruiting an Assistant Manager to lead, support and develop our shop team in Cowley, Hillingdon, Greater London. The role is permanent full time, working a 43‑hour contract across five days a week with flexibility for weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the shop manager to run an efficient store and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Coach, mentor and give feedback to a team of retail assistants.
  • Act as shop manager when absent, ensuring customers are supported, deliveries processed quickly, and daily routines maintain safety and cleanliness.
  • Motivate and guide staff to control operational costs – shrinkage, waste and payroll.
  • Assist with recruitment, induction and scheduling of new team members.
