Assistant Manager

Salary £29,400 to £31,000 plus bonus and tronc

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our team at Prezzo. You will experience life as an Assistant Manager in one of the busiest high-volume restaurants in the country and ensure that every customer leaves our restaurants wanting to return.

What we need

You will have similar experience as Assistant Manager in a fast‑paced environment, inspirational and motivational leadership skills, commercial awareness and a passion for food. Working closely with the General Manager, your mission is to create a fun and vibrant atmosphere whilst ensuring Prezzo’s high standards and service are maintained.
