A leading aerospace and defense firm in Edinburgh is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join their finance team. This role involves assisting with overhead cost control, preparing financial reports, and providing accurate management information. Candidates should have experience in overhead accounting and be proficient in Excel. A part or fully qualified accounting designation (CIMA, ACCA) is desirable. The position offers a hybrid working model with various company benefits included, promoting employee wellbeing and professional growth.
We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Management Accountant to join our Finance team at our Leonardo site in Edinburgh.
You will assist overhead cost control of the Edinburgh cost-base and complete various management reporting requirements. The role can accommodate custom working with a mixture of on-site to conduct functional review meetings and home working.
This Role is based in Edinburgh with limited requirement for travel to other UK sites
This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government's Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personnel Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NSV) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
