Overview

Role: Assistant HR Business Partner

Location: Chorley and South Ribble

Contract: Full time (36.25 hours per week) / Permanent

Salary: £34,434 - £39,152

Responsibilities
  • You will support positive employee relations, including attendance and health and wellbeing, and will have experience of HR casework including conduct and performance management.
  • You will be involved in implementing organisational change, transactional processes, recruitment, and HR projects.
Qualifications
  • Experience of generalist HR including change management, employment law, and employee relations.
  • You may have experience supporting HR projects.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to progress in the role.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work well with a variety of stakeholders.
  • This role requires some travel around our boroughs. You should have a valid driving licence or the equivalent mobility.
