A sustainable partitioning solutions firm is seeking an Assistant Health, Safety and Quality Advisor to support the HSQES team. This full-time role involves providing advice on health and safety, conducting audits, and maintaining compliance standards. The ideal candidate will be qualified to NEBOSH Certificate level or NVQ L5 or be an entry-level applicant willing to train. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Health, Safety and Quality (HSQ) Advisor to support the HSQES team in providing an efficient and effective service to the business and assist in providing timely health, safety and quality advice and support to the Group.
The ideal candidate will either be qualified to NEBOSH Certificate level or NVQ L5 in Occupational Health and Safety or working towards it. The Company will consider entry level applicants wanting to pursue a formal qualification as this position will offer further training, development, and support so must be looking to grow a career in health and safety.
To become a competent DSE assessor for the Company
To assist the HSQES Director in the development and delivery of suitable in-house HSQES training to staff.
To develop into a super user of Fieldview HSQES File and aid in developing its use.
Be confident in representing and promote HSQES in meetings, workshops, management reviews and forums both internally and externally.
To complete Accident Investigation training to support the company in any accident investigations
To complete COSHH training, to act as the focal point for COSHH assessments and ensure they are maintained on the company's document control system.

The role is offered full time (08.30 - 17.30) based from our head office in High Wycombe, with occasional travel to projects in London and the South East.
