About the Role

As Assistant General Manager, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to provide strong, day-to-day leadership across the venue.

You’ll support the overall operations by helping to maximise revenue, drive exceptional guest experiences, build team culture, and ensure that all company and brand standards are maintained.

This hands-on, commercially focused role is ideal for someone ready to step up, drive standards, and deliver results.

  • Proven Leader – You’ve got experience in a hospitality management role and are ready to step up to more responsibility.
  • Operationally Strong – You’re confident managing daily operations, delegating tasks, and jumping in wherever needed.
  • People-Focused – You motivate and support your team through coaching, feedback, and clear expectations.
