A leading engineering consulting firm based in the United Kingdom is seeking a Graduate Fire Engineer to support an experienced fire engineering team. The role involves assisting in developing fire safety strategies, conducting engineering calculations, and working on diverse projects. Candidates should hold or be pursuing a degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Fire Engineers play a pivotal role in keeping people safe. They use science and engineering to understand how a fire behaves and design buildings to protect lives in the event a fire breaks out. Every building is different and fire engineers are problem solvers who think creatively, especially on complex projects such as skyscrapers, hospitals or transport hubs. As a Graduate Fire Engineer, you will support our experienced fire engineering team in delivering high-quality fire strategies and technical advice. You will be involved in all stages of a project—from concept design to construction—ensuring that fire safety is integrated into the design and build process.
A degree (or pending) in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Services, or a related STEM discipline.
