The E&I FP&A team
Within the finance function, FP&A teams are responsible for supporting the delivery of high quality and forward looking financial evaluation and insights to the business. Bringing together FP&A experts from across the UK footprint, they are the primary points of contact into business Finance Directors and Finance Business Partners and provide crucial insights on the key business and financial performance. The FP&A team work alongside other finance capabilities to drive the enhancement of key business processes, working towards establishing data focused and digitally enabled performance reporting to meet the future business needs.
