We are now looking for Assistant Facilities Duty Managers to join our award-winning team. These are exciting opportunities for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enjoy working in fast-paced environments, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every challenge.

About the Roles

We have four Assistant Facilities Duty Manager vacancies, where you\'ll play a key part in leading and supporting your team to deliver excellent soft facilities services, including:

  • Cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance
  • Reception and concierge functions
  • Health, Safety and Compliance activities

You\'ll help foster a culture of pride in our spaces, ensuring services reflect the University\'s commitment to excellence and outstanding customer care.

Role Details:

Role 1 – Job Reference: 8494

  • Contract: Full time, 35 hours per week (6-month secondment)
  • Hours: Mon–Thurs, 1:45 pm – 9:30 pm; Fri, 12:15 pm – 8:00 pm

Role 2 – Job Reference: 8609

  • Contract: Part time, 24 hours per week, all year round, permanent
  • Hours: Thurs 06:15–14:15 (7 hrs), Fri 06:15–14:15 (7 hrs), Sat 06:15–17:00 (10 hrs)

Role 3 – Job Reference: 8608

  • Contract: Term-time only (38 weeks per year), 35 hours per week
  • Hours: Mon–Fri, 12:15 pm – 8:00 pm

Role 4 – Job Reference: 8625

  • Contract: Fixed Term until May 2026, 35 hours per week
  • Hours: Mon–Fri, 06:15 - 14:00
