The Role

They are looking to recruit an Assistant Estimator who wants to progress to an estimator.

You will be office-based in Bury St Edmunds, with travel across East Anglia, Southeast & Midlands for site visits, etc.

You will be working for the group's national clients in the retail and leisure sectors, e.g., Tesco, Waitrose, Primark, and Premier Inn.

These retail projects are generally store refurbishment/fit-outs, while leisure projects include extensions and conversions for Premier Inn.

Most of their work comes from frameworks with clients, so a large proportion of work is negotiated. It is important to establish long-term relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The person specification:

• 1 year Assistant Estimator experience.
