Job Title: Assistant Estate Manager

Role

Our client is looking for an Assistant Estate Manager to join their award winning team on their Paddington portfolio. You\'ll play a key role supporting the Senior Estate Manager in delivering first-class property & facilities management services across a high-profile, mixed-use estate in central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with FM / property management experience who thrives on operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and a busy, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Senior Estate Manager and on-site campus team.
  • Coordinate the running of the management office, including meetings, reporting, budgeting and onboarding.
  • Support estate compliance processes - including health & safety, incident reporting, inspections and audits.
  • Assist with service partner management: tenders, contractor visits, quotes and routine maintenance.
  • Contribute to estate presentation and standards by conducting regular audits of common areas and back-of-house spaces.
  • Help prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management and occupiers.
  • Act as Deputy Estate Manager when required, supporting financial administration and project delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, occupiers, contractors, and visitors to enhance customer experience.

Essential
  • Previous Facilities / Property Management experience in a commercial or mixed-use estate environment.
