  • Help drive sales, events and programs to hit club targets
  • Take the lead on shift management, ensuring a smooth and safe customer experience
  • Train, coach and motivate the team - you’ll be a key part of our leadership pipeline
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and facility management
  • Build local community relationships and promote league growth and repeat business
