Assistant Contracts Manager

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Assistant Contracts Manager on a permanent basis to assist the Contracts Manager with daily contract management and administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Assistant Contracts Manager:
  • Assist the Contracts Manager with daily contract management and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate resources and support case management and reporting (e.g., legal disrepair, insurance works, damp, mould, condensation)
  • Monitor and track complaints within the team
  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and expenditure reports for repairs and empty homes
  • Participate in emergency response activities (e.g., fires, floods)
  • Lead small-scale procurement exercises
  • Draft and prepare tender specifications
  • Liaise with utility companies to ensure timely service setup
  • Implement good practice to enhance service delivery
Essential Requirements of the Assistant Contracts Manager:
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Valid SMSTS
