Assistant Centre Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Centre Manager to help deliver seamless daily operations and an outstanding client experience within a fast-paced, premium environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, takes pride in high standards, and leads with confidence and warmth.

You’ll play a key role in managing on-site teams, supporting operational excellence, and stepping into the Centre Manager role when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee on-site staff, including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, maintenance teams, and contractors
  • Ensure balanced task distribution and smooth daily operations
  • Lead regular 1:1s, set goals, and support individual development plans
  • Coordinate and document daily team briefings
  • Manage rotas, authorise leave, and track team absences
  • Act as Centre Manager when required
  • Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality throughout the Centre
