I'm partnering with a well-regarded multidisciplinary consultancy that is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to support its growing project teams. Role Overview

As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will work alongside experienced surveyors to help deliver a range of residential and refurbishment projects. Responsibilities will include assisting with surveys, preparing reports, supporting contract administration, coordinating project activity, and liaising with clients and internal teams. Full guidance and mentorship will be provided to support your development.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience in building surveying
  • Experience or interest in residential projects
  • Basic understanding of JCT and/or NEC contracts (training can be provided)
  • Working towards MRICS or planning to start the APC process
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
