A multi-disciplinary property consultancy is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor at the Apprentice level to support building surveying services. The ideal candidate will have A-Level qualifications and an interest in the field. The role requires the candidate to assist in various surveying tasks, attend meetings, and travel to project sites as needed. We are actively recruiting for Building Surveyors at Apprentice level who are looking to develop their career, working on a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the UK. This role will be based at one of our Braintree, Cambridge or Birmingham offices, please see respective advert for your desired location. Subject to business requirements the role may be eligible for hybrid working.
As an AssistantBuilding Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting the delivery of building surveying services for a range of projects. You will be providing technical expertise, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, whilst ensuring compliance within all relevant design standards and regulations.
This role requires you to have a full clean driving licence with access to your own vehicle, and will be subject to a DBS Enhanced check.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Holiday: 25 days (pro-rata’d) plus bank holidays.
