A global food company in Leeds seeks an Assistant Accountant to support the Commercial Finance function. Quorn Foods are currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to support our Commercial Finance function.
Reporting to our Finance Business Partner for UK Retail, you will provide day-to-day support by delivering timely, accurate and robust financial information/analysis to inform their decision‑making processes.
Typically, you will maintain accurate financial records within business systems such as SAP, whilst generating fully development monthly forecasts and annual budgets principally across commercial investment and SG&A. You will also provide pre & post analysis of promotional investment which ensures activity aligns to guidelines and maximizes return for the business function.
This role will have access to other areas of finance and commercial managers across the UK Retail business unit, and provides excellent development opportunities for a self‑starter with an inquisitive and challenging mindset. The role will require attendance across Stokesley/Leeds sites as appropriate to support the finance and commercial leadership teams. Typically, you will be based on‑site 2-3 days per week with flexibility to work remotely when required.
