Here at GXO, we are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join us in a Kettering. As an Assistant Accountant you will play an important role within the Transport Finance Team. In this proactive position, you will support both the operational and financial running of the business, ensuring that all management accounts processes are followed correctly. You will also challenge existing processes and ways of working, championing continuous improvement across the wider team.
This is a full‑time, permanent position with working hours from Monday to Friday, either 08:00–16:00, 09:00–17:00, or 10:00–18:00. The role is hybrid, with a requirement to be onsite three days per week, and occasional travel to other sites may be needed.
