Job summary

A leading sports brand in Stockport is seeking a talented professional to manage customer relationships and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, ideally with 1-3 years of experience in the Sporting Goods industry. You will focus on building strong relationships with customers while driving towards sales goals and collaborating with various teams. You'll be managing categories with customers within our strategic channel in an efficient, effective and profitable manner. A day in the life:

Responsibilities
  • Driving towards sales targets - units, volume, profit & Market Share. Delivering excellent brand image and positioning within retailers
  • Build strong relationships with your customers
  • Sell In future season's range and take future orders
  • Manage the orderbook into your customer base
  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to achieve shared KPIs - such as account operations and marketing teams
  • Continually review and deliver against your objectives, as agreed with your line manager
Qualifications
  • A strong passion for our brand and products is essential
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Sporting Good Industry
  • Commercial awareness & business acumen

You'll be joining our Stockport Head office, a vibrant hub featuring 18 showrooms, a dedicated Conference Centre and a staff Wellness Hub. You'll have access to a state‑of‑the‑art gym equipped with Peloton bikes and every piece of kit you could imagine. Plus, an indoor astroturf pitch, a padel court, chat boxes and inspiring creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across Brand Marketing, Commercial and Business support functions.
