A housing services organization in the United Kingdom is looking for an Asset Planning Lead for Asbestos to ensure compliance and safety in their homes. You will lead the delivery of asbestos data services, manage external contractors, and drive continuous improvement in asbestos management. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience in regulatory compliance. This role supports the organization’s mission to serve the community effectively.
As our asset planning lead for asbestos, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our homes safe and compliant. You’ll lead the delivery of a first class asbestos data service that supports our planned investment programmes and various key projects. Working closely with colleagues and external consultants, you’ll make sure our processes are robust, efficient, and continuously improving – all while ensuring compliance with asbestos regulations and consumer standards.
