Are you a skilled Asset Manager looking for your next challenge in the rail sector?

If so, TXM Recruit are recruiting for a permanent Asset Manager and System Support to join the asset management team at a busy rail company based in Stratford, London paying £60,000 per annum with excellent benefits.

This role places a strong emphasis on the effective management of station building fabric, civils structures, and associated assets, ensuring they are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.

Your primary focus will be on the delivery of asset stewardship activities, including the development and maintenance of station asset management plans, oversight of maintenance and renewal works, and ensuring assets meet all regulatory and engineering requirements. You will also contribute to asset governance processes and support ISO 55001 Asset Management System compliance.

While the position includes some systems-related responsibilities, the core of the role is centred on practical asset management within the built environment, stakeholder engagement, and the safe, efficient delivery of works across our stations.
