Asset Management Surveyor needed in St Albans

The rate is £25.00ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The reference number is: 5284647

The successful candidate will be undertaking mould and damp surveys of housing stock and completing the relevant report forms, with a copy sent to tenants as per Awaab’s law.

They will be issuing and monitoring works through to completion for all damp and mould cases and will undertaking post inspections of completed works within the time frame set out to ensure works are complete and the issues have been resolved.
