Job description

This role is to carry out comprehensive due diligence on the council's property assets to identify and progress opportunities for disposal as part of the Improvement and Recovery Plan following the Section 114 Notice. The postholder will liaise closely with internal and external legal teams, property agents appointed under the council's procurement process to manage the disposal process from instruction to completion. The role will ensure transactions are delivered efficiently, achieve best value and support the council's financial recovery.
