  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with large datasets.
  • CAFM experience desirable (training provided if required).

Job Overview

We are seeking an Asset Data Coordinator to join our Technical Services team and play a key role in maintaining accurate asset information and ensuring well-planned maintenance schedules within our CAFM environment.

This position is integral to supporting operational efficiency and compliance across our asset management processes. In this role, you will manage asset and PPM data, validate templates, schedule planned maintenance activities, audit completed work, and assist with mobilisation projects.

Working closely with operational leads, engineers, and stakeholders, you will help maintain high data quality standards and ensure smooth workflow execution.

Key Responsibilities
