The Assessor/Coach is a key specialist role focusing on planning and delivery of our business and leadership apprenticeships training programmes, mainly at level 3 and level 5.

You will work with a diverse range of internal colleagues in all areas to create apprenticeship opportunities that enable staff to develop and progress, regardless of where they work in the Trust or the job they do.

Interview for Corporate will be 16th October.

  • Coordinate the ‘on programme’ element of the Apprenticeship and support collation of portfolio of evidence that showcases the Apprentice’s knowledge, skills and abilities to their best standard

  • To ensure any mandatory training or internal training is mapped across in to the Apprenticeship to maximise and capture naturally occurring knowledge, skills and behaviours

  • Coordinate the delivery of group based teaching sessions as and when required

  • To manage the learner journey and ensure that mandatory timelines are met such as candidate registration, completion of mandatory qualifications, gateway and EPA requirements

  • To meet regularly with the line managers to review progress and set targets in line with the programme delivery
