A leading NHS Trust in Ipswich is seeking a part-time Assessor/Coach to deliver clinical apprenticeships and work closely with diverse teams. This role focuses on planning and facilitating training programmes essential to staff development across the Trust. The position is fixed-term until 31st October 2026 and requires commitment for three days a week, including Wednesdays. Candidates passionate about patient care and training are encouraged to apply.
We have an exciting opportunity to join an established team as an Assessor/Coach within our Faculty of Education, working across all sites. Apprenticeships are increasingly important to the Trust, and you will work as part of the Apprenticeship Delivery Team to run this service to meet the Trust’s 5-year business plan. The Assessor/Coach is a key specialist role focusing on planning and delivery of our clinical Apprenticeships training programmes, mainly at level 2 and level 3. You will work with a diverse range of internal colleagues in clinical areas to create apprenticeship opportunities that enable staff to develop and progress, regardless of where they work in the Trust or the job they do. This role is being offered part time for three days per week which must include a Wednesday, across both sites, fixed term/secondment until 31st October 2026. Interview for Clinical Coach will be on 15th October.
