Assembly Operator
Role Overview

To build and test products following standard operating procedures to meet quality and time standards.

Objectives and Responsibilities
  • Ensure company Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policy is adhered to by yourself and others
  • Build and test products in line with instruction sheets/standard operating procedures to meet quality and time standards.
  • Promote and improve work area 5s.
  • Complete Quality System Transactions and Production System Transactions.
  • Meet on time delivery by organising yourself and colleagues to effectively complete plan.
  • Understand and comply with the Company Core Values.
  • Engage, suggest and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects, as required.
  • Be flexible to complete other duties and up‑skill as required.
  • Develop and drive your own personal development plan.
Qualifications and Key Capabilities
