Qualifications

• Experience in a Supported Living or Residential service is ideal.
• Experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions is preferable.
• Willingness to undertake further training essential for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff.
• Provide structured supervision and personal reviews for the staff team.
• Monitor attendance and conduct return-to-work interviews.
• Generate person-centred support plans for service users.
