Responsibilities

• Work to set deadlines.
• Ensure removal projects comply with HSE guidelines.
• Wear correct PPE at all times.

Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Location: Cardiff, South Wales

Salary/Benefits: £25k – £42k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, ideally based in South Wales. You will conduct the full range of asbestos surveys and analytical duties across commercial, domestic and local authority client sites.

Experience / Qualifications

• P402, P403 and P404 (or RSPH equivalents) required
• Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
• Experience within a UKAS accredited company
• Working knowledge of HSG 264 and HSG 248 guidelines
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Hardworking attitude
• IT literate

Responsibilities

• Undertaking asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys across commercial, domestic and local authority stock
• Collecting samples from site for analysis
• Conducting 4‑stage clearances and personal, background, reassurance, smoke and leak air testing
• Producing site‑specific technical reports
• Meeting with clients to discuss survey / analytical findings
• Working to set deadlines
• Ensuring asbestos removal projects run in accordance with HSE guidelines
• Wearing correct PPE at all times
